To reboot your server, log in to your account at our Client Portal "https://my.vinax.net" then click on "Reboot" and look for the server that you want to reboot and click on "Reboot Now" button. If you get any errors or your server does not back up within 5-10 minutes, please contact our Support Dept. for assistance.
