Canceling your server at Vinax is very easy. To request a cancellation for your server, you can email to [email protected] or open a billing ticket, including your ServerID or IP number. You can also request a cancellation by log in to your account at our Client Portal, click on "Services" -> "My Services", find the server that you want to cancel and click on "View Details" -> "Management Actions" -> "Request Cancellation".Note: our policy required all customers to give us the cancellation notice at least 7 days from the billing cycle. If you cancel less than 7 days, you may be charged for another month of service.
