Our data center will be putting in place a new edge router to facilitate higher throughput for peering relationships through Equinix Chicago, to reduce load on existing core networking equipment, and to increase overall network redundancy. This maintenance will begin at 12AM and run through 4AM on the morning of July 13th. During this maintenance period there should be no customer affecting outages. Our data center will be gracefully turning down carriers/peers to move them to the new router, thus overall uptime will not be affected, but you may experience increased latency due to route changes.
