The data center is preparing to perform 2 routers hardware upgrade on Jan 14 and Jan 15, 2025.

This upgrade is intended to use the latest generation of Juniper MX Linecards for enhanced performance. The maintenance will encompass upgrades to both routing-engines, with a planned two-day window allocated to minimize customer impact across both routers. Each router will undergo the upgrade during its designated maintenance window.

*Router 1 will be upgraded on Jan 14, 2025 from 11:00PM to 3:00AM Central.
*Router 2 will be upgraded on Jan 15, 2025 from 11:00PM to 3:00AM Central.

During this maintenance window, you may experience additional latency and/or suboptimal routing to our upstream providers due to BGP reconvergence. In the event that sessions are dropped, they will be restored shortly after the maintenance.
