The data center has scheduled a software upgrade on a core router to bring it up to the current recommended software version. This upgrade is part of an ongoing regular maintenance schedule for the core network.

Start Time: 12:00 AM CST (GMT -6)

End Time: 2:00 AM CST (GMT -6)

 

CUSTOMER IMPACT:   

During the maintenance, the software on one of the core routers will be updating to the currently recommended software version, which includes fixes for known bugs and adds new features.  The upgrade will only be applied to a single device, so redundancy will be maintained throughout the maintenance period.

 

The customer impact of this maintenance is expected to be minimal, though some brief periods of localized inaccessibility and suboptimal routing may occur. The upgrade process is expected to take approximately one hour. Additional time is being allowed in case of issues with the process and for testing following the upgrade.
