The data center has scheduled a software upgrade on a core router to address a software issue.

END TIME: 2:00 AM CST (GMT -6)
CUSTOMER IMPACT:
During the maintenance, the software on one of the core routers will be updating. This update is intended to address a known issue that has previously affected network reliability. The upgrade will only be applied to a single device, so redundancy will be maintained throughout the maintenance period. The customer impact of this maintenance is expected to be minimal, though some brief periods of localized inaccessibility and suboptimal routing may occur. The upgrade process is expected to take approximately one hour. Additional time is being allowed in case of issues with the process and for testing following the upgrade.
